Care Instructions

  • These waist beads are permanent waist beads and you can shower, sleep, exercise, swim and do everything while you wear them for as long as you like.
  • When the beads drop lower from where you originally tied them, this means you’ve lost weight. If there is more than 1 up to 2 inches of string showing over some time, you simply need to retighten them. It’s not hard! Just cut the knot off, take out a few beads until you get the desired size on your waist and retie 6-8 knots. Cut excess string and it should be as good as the first day you got them!

  • Remember you have to interact with your beads. If you’re wearing certain clothing for example a body suit or one piece swimsuit, you can pull your beads over the suit while you’re putting it in so the beads can show outside if that’s the style you’re going for.
